I have a customer with an R1 Messaging Module in a 5 slot carrier with a ACS processor. The time on the messaging is wrong and not pairing with the ACS time. Any ideas?
Check that only the proper ports are programmed into hunt group 7. The ACS makes regular calls to the first port in the hunt group to synchronize the time, and if you have some oddball port assigned, that call isn't getting through.
