H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

I have some H249 phones that I'm setting up for the first time. For some reason they are not pulling IP Addresses. The IPO is setup to give out DHCP. I unchecked "Avaya Phone Only" because I'm seeing a message in Monitor about a DHCP request from non-Avaya phone. When I press and hold the # button it says the phone has Obviously, I cannot browse to that address. Stuck...Any ideas??

RE: H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

That's all? Did you reboot the IPO after unchecking the option to only serve IPs to Avaya phones?

RE: H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

What version do you have on the IPO?
H200 is supported from R11 SP1.

RE: H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

I'm rebooting now. Running Release 11.4

RE: H Series Phones not Getting DHCP

The reboot worked. Why don't I try the simple things???? Now I need to figure out how to get these things registered.
