Caller ID - IP Phone vs Digital Set

When making a call from the same PRI, a call from a digital phone shows up with the caller ID but the IP Phone blocks it.

What could be the cause of this?

See if the IP Phone number is in the public unknown numbering table

I believe I found it.

Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number was set to Restrict.
