RE: AVAYA Release

From the Web Interface you can get the software information or more easily from the CLI using the 'swversion' command. Depending on where you are at you may have difficulty decoding the patch release 5-digit string to figure out what Service Pack you are on. Lately Avaya has been including the Service Pack in the description.

For CM6.3 you may have a base load of either 03.0.124.0 or 03.0.141.0. The 124 load is no longer supported due to litigation resolved during the bankruptcy.

The 5 digit patch release level converts to a service pack such as

03.0.141.0-23383 = CM6.3 base load 141 running service pack 6.3.115.1

If the swversion command doesn't provide the service pack info you will need to look at the release notes to figure out where you are.

Since 6.3.8 is the lowest release level I would expect anyone to be on you should be at 21588 or higher.

As a separate note, custom patches may be more difficult to identify. They don't necessarily align with Service Packs but the 5 digit string will typically fall between a Service Pack string.
