We had an upgrade not too far back on our Avaya system, and a few things are different than before, and I am not clear what to change to put it back to how it was… one issue is our digital stations such as 2420 etc have the call logs erase every night…. This is hopefully something that can be turned off, as this didn’t happen until after the upgrade….any ideas if this can be corrected… Of course not a life or death situation but try explaining to the ceo why his call logs are gone!! Any help much appreciated... Thanks!
