CMS Supervisor R18 - Custom Report for Login/Logout with Interval?

CMS Supervisor R18 - Custom Report for Login/Logout with Interval?

CMS Supervisor R18 - Custom Report for Login/Logout with Interval?

Hello everyone!

Just wondering as I've been checking on the custom reports all over the place but failed to find one. I hope someone here knows how.

I'm trying to build a custom report in CMS R18. The report is a login logout of agents with interval. I keep failing to create one with ACD Group and Split/Skills. I can run it with ACD Group but the interval doesn't work. Please help.

I apologize I'm still learning.

RE: CMS Supervisor R18 - Custom Report for Login/Logout with Interval?

Which report are you basing this on? Or are you building it from scratch?

The Agent Login/Logout report is pulling data from the haglog table which only tags events as a point in time - not with an associated interval.
You would have to build the logic to group the events by interval and I doubt you would be able to do that via a CMS supervisor report.

hagent, as in the Agent In/Outbound reports, gives agent activity if logged in per interval, but not the times of specific login/out events

I believe that odbc access is on by default in R18 and the db type is postgres.
