We have 6 admin users only to have access to the secured folder. 2 days ago one of the users lost access to this folder. I have checked the security tab in the secured folder and states for this user to have full control. See the attached error when the user tries to open the folder. Also, If the user tries to remote to another computer and access the folder the folder works. Any ideas.

Thank you,

Sam

RE: 1 user lost access to a folder

No attachment. What is the error? When the user remotes into another computer is he using his credentials?

I have added the attachment.

Error... The Secured is unavailable. If the location is on this PC make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again.

Try changing the folder's owner.
