Cisco 8851 ADD CUSTOM RINGTONE

(OP)
I need to add a ring tone to a group of Cisco 8851s. I know in the past I could go in and add a .raw file to my ringlist.xml, however, the 8800 series is using ringlist-rwb.xml and I don't know how to get my .raw file to .rwb.

If you have successfully done this for your UCM, please advise on how to complete. I need to accomplish this in a health care facility pronto.

The problem exists for the 8800 series is using the file Ringlists-wb.xml ... no problem there. When I use the listed information from the previous post the it wont save it like all the rest. I need to get it to be .rwb just like the rest and it is a .raw file.
