Hi intrigrant,

I would but since going to that release they have had issue with call transfers not working properly, hence the desire to upgrade.

I understand.
I did two upgrades last week and this version is horrible, loads of problems with the manager.
But do a SD recreate for a uopgrade instead of using the upgrade wizard.

what manager issues in 11.0.4? We've rolled out countless of 11.0.4 upgrades and I havent encountered anything that would make me want to go down a revision.
