what's wrong and how to solve this issues ?

Thanks

what's wrong and how to solve this issues?" - Explain better and certainly not in another 79 word long sentence!

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@Nutritional_Info: I reboot IPO, Switches on both side, routers on both sides. and IP Phones.

@sizbut: I clearly describe every thing, the IP Phones reach the IPO and pull the update but when connect it's discover.

Best Regards

With respect, no you didn't clearly explain everything, you just spewed a long string of half phrases, then expected us to decode that into something more meaningful, before we even got anywhere near understanding the problem or near possible solutions and showed no understanding that if you want help you have to be able to state things clearly rather than as a cryptic puzzle from which we have to do the work of extracting evidence or do you always talks in really long sentences.

My best guess is that the remote location isn't keeping the VLAN configuration from the main branch. Assuming you have a site-to-site VPN configured at the routers, check the configurations of both the routers and then the switches.

That or based on "the Power is off in main location" & "the data link is on in the branch", the PBX is offline and your VPN 1603's are stuck in discover because they are trying to talk to an IP Office that is offline, but still getting POE from the remote switch / injectors.

If the power is back at the main location, check the UPS and make sure everything connected to it is powered on with approriate lights.

I'm simply trying to guess at what you said as well; there's no clear indication where the PBX lives, if there's two PBX's, how the locations talk to each other, and how the phones are configured.
I can't be of any more help than that. Good luck!
