Odd issue popped up today. I have a 6 location customer running R 11.0.1 with centralized vm pro. Option 2 from the call flow performs a normal transfer to a hunt group at another location. Sometimes it rings all the phones, sometimes none, sometimes some. But it shows visibly on the phone the same as if it was ringing. First call appearance shows the caller id, phone shows hunt group that is being called. Everything normal except for no audible ringing. If I dial the same hunt group number internally, even from another location on the SCN, it rings it every time. Hunt group is set for collective call waiting. But I have tried regular collective as well.
