Anyone else having problems with Web manager on R11 FP4?
Can no longer access Web Manager, it's stuck on Loading...

So now I cannot upgrade the Secondary!

FFS :/

RE: Web manager

It's included in the release notes under known issues.

After login to Web Manager, Web Manager sticks on 'Loading'. This happens only if the user has accepted the Google Analytics EULA for Web Manager earlier.

Browser cookie needs to be cleared. Steps to clear browsing data using Chrome browser: Chrome Settings -> More tools -> Clear browsing data. In Time range select "All time" and select "Cookies and other site data". Hit Clear data button on the same page.

Guess you shouldn't allow Google Analytics =)

Missed that one, it was 1am and I had just about had enough!

RE: Web manager

Do you know anything about one way (or no way) speech on J100 phones.

This is a site that presents problem after problem :)

RE: Web manager

There is a known software issue with J100 series phones at R11.0.2. The issue only presents after a blind transfer; announced transfers, parked calls, etc work fine. Putting a no audio call on hold and picking it up again gives audio. Avaya issued a critical patch for 11.0.2 and say it is built in to 11.0.3 due out at the end of the month but they did not build it in to 11.0.4 which was released 3 weeks before 11.0.3. 'Cause... Avaya!
