Avaya R630 & CM6.3 Duplex

Avaya R630 & CM6.3 Duplex

Lab tech is having a strange issue with loading CM6.3 Duplex on a R630s.

System platform loads fine ... and CM 6.3 simplex also ... but trying to load CM duplex won't complete and just won't load.

Anyone run into this? Maybe a setting in the BIOS settings or initial SP data entry configuration?

RE: Avaya R630 & CM6.3 Duplex

I would check the docs. I dont think R630 is supported with CM6.3. R620 is fine.

RE: Avaya R630 & CM6.3 Duplex

New update ....

We found that the issue only occurs when we load VSP W/ CM template

When we loaded that CM template over VSP 6.3.7 ... all the ETH ports showed up correctly. - SEE PICS

Is anyone aware of a known conflict when loading VSP 6.4-17006 & CM6.3-2110 template on an Avaya R630 server - and ETH ports not numbering correctly?
