Hello to all,

im trying to upgrade existant Avaya Aura Core 6.2 to Avaya Aura Core 8.0 , SMGR and SM are upgraded and backupped successfully. when i try to upgrade and full backup the config , i cannot find any of my stations or dial plan or anything , i did proceed like the documentation said , i did find this status if anyone can help , thank you

Did you put the pre-upgrade patch on 6.2? Upgrade docs say 6.2-->8 is supported though it won't retain SNMP configurations, so it seems odd that it's even trying.

Maybe just try the XLN backup/restore and avoid the SNMP stuff.

issue resolved , we stopped the snmp manager so we can proceed the migration
