Conference Room Scheduling Capability

Conference Room Scheduling Capability

(OP)
Hello I am running ucx metrol tel and I have a question about conference calls. I was able to set up a conference room number and get that to work but I have a limited number of external phone numbers.
Question:
1. Is there a way to have ucx phone system email a link to users who will be joining the conference call with information about how to join the conference call for scheduling purposes.
2. Is there a way for internal employees to know when that number is being used( a scheduling system).
Thanks,
Nathanael

RE: Conference Room Scheduling Capability

How is a limited number of external phone numbers related to scheduling of the use of conference bridges?

As far as I know, UCx has no calendar feature that would handle scheduling of resources (e.g., conference bridges) or generate meeting/appointment related email messages. For such functionality, you should probably look for some software that is designed to handle this type of tasks. If your company uses Microsoft Office, it could be a good starting point.
