Be more specific. I think you can conference up to 6 parties and you can have a meet-me conference bridge in VDNs for up to 6 parties - maybe you could choke that meet me bridge if you wanted

Otherwise, if someone has 10 call-appr, I don't think you can stop them from using them. You'd have to limit the number of call appearances.
