I'm converting an office that is currently using an IPO over to CM. The users utilize the Call Park feature quite extensively, which I'm trying to mimic on the CM system, but looks like there's some differences. Unless I'm misreading it looks like the IPO has a bit more functionality. Can anyone confirm that? For the CM it looks pretty basic.. press the Call-Park button and the user enters the code and extension to grab it elsewhere. In addition to that the IPO seems to have the ability for the user to call into park 1 where anyone can pickup the call from any phone. That function is what I'm finding difficulty in setting up.
