Important one is Call Progress State 6 for incoming calls from the outside

0 - Netroute

2 - Transfer of internal calls at the attendant console
3 - Transfer of Trunk calls at the attendant console

6 - Incoming CO calls with direct inward dialling (DDI)
7 - IDN ? Connection of incoming CO calls with DDI
8 - Consultation hold of an internal party on an internal call (Including TIE and Satellite connections)
