I have a system set up to ring to a group of phones as suggested in this old thread thread688-1347258: partner acs 7 ext 10 goes to auto att instead of general mailbox. The new management wants dial zero calls and no answer calls to go to ext 15 and if not answered there leave a message and light message waiting at ext 15. looking for the best solution. Thanks.

When a call rings in, do you want the automated attendant to answer, and the phones are silent until an extension is selected from the menu, or do you want a group of phones to ring and then the automated attendant answer after a delay?
Or do you want a group of phones to ring, and if no one answers have mailbox 15 answer?

Set the Call Answer Service Operator to 15 (found under System Parameters in the VM Programming)
Set the Dial-0/Timeout option for the AA to transfer to the CASO
If you use the Night Menu of the AA, set the Dial-0/Timeout option to Mailbox 15, or if they like the General Mailbox to keep it separate from 15's own mailbox, make 15 the Owner of the general mailbox.
