A few years ago I set up a way for a supervisor to change the outgoing message from home on a snow day. I cant remember how to access it from home and the person who operated it retired. I think this is a Partner 6 with the messaging module. Thanks in advance.

When you reach the automated attendant, dial *7 to reach the login prompt. Log into the system administrator's mailbox, and either re-record the greeting for the emergency closure and re-record it when you reopen, or go to schedule for the AA, set it to controlled by the weekly business schedule, set a temporary closure, and record an emergency message which will play before the regular night service greeting
