We are experiencing an issue where Avaya outbound calls are recorded in blocks for Blend teammates. If they were to make 15 outbound calls, then the call in NICE 6.7 will show as one full recorded block of time. Once Avaya releases the teammate back to inbound, then the call recording will resume as normal. Has anyone experienced this issue? It seems the release of an outbound call is not being identified by NICE.
