Closed Greeting and Schedule on demand

Closed Greeting and Schedule on demand

How would you go about setting Unity Connection to play the closed greeting only on a demand basis? This would be in the event of a weather emergency where the business remained closed and you would need to override the normal schedule.

RE: Closed Greeting and Schedule on demand

You would just toggle the greeting on/off. You can do it as an admin or you can give users access to do it as well.

Yes - if you give them access to Cisco PCA and they can log in via the web to turn the greeting on/off.
