No connection to reporting generator server!

(OP)
Hi

I am getting this message when I try to access the reports, (the reporting generator server has no connection to the reporting server) and when I restart the IPOCC statistic generator it starts to work fine and again after a while the same issue comes back, so what can I do?

RE: No connection to reporting generator server!

What's your IPOCC version?
This was an issue in old 9.1 systems.

It is 9.1.6

RE: No connection to reporting generator server!

Then you should upgrade to a later service pack.

can I get help on how to do the upgrade and what is the latest service pack now, please.

RE: No connection to reporting generator server!

The latest 9.1 is 9.1.11 and the latest release is 10.1.2.1.

You should contact your BP for an upgrade.
