I am having an issue with 2 customers with same SIP provider and same internet provider. The SIP is responding with a 404 not found after the call has been answered and then hung up because of dead air. The caller is hearing ringing until the user hangs up then the call disconnects. In the trace I see the call being answered, the user trying to talk to the caller for about 15 seconds then hanging up. I have tested this and have a trace of a call that fails. I used my number as a test and watched the call being answered and hung up in SSA that is when I see the 404 in monitor and get the disconnect on my phone.
