Officelinx voice mail system

Trying to get notifications from a mailbox on the OL system to a cell phone to work. It fails.
When I look at the outcalling logs, the supervised dialing is prepending a comma before dialing.

I believe it is this comma before the 9 that is causing the failure to call out but I have searched and searched on where this comma may be coming from to no avail.

The comma is a pause typically in the Telco world, probably not the issue. But trunk to trunk denied is probably your issue. Change

EXTT to YES
FTOP to FTLY

Thanks for the suggestion.
I changed those two parameters then made another test call - no luck.
I have reached out to the Officelinx vendor to take another look at the system configuration.
