HG1 on T7316 button, unable to remove

Hi Everyone, My client has a MICS (30NeG15 NAT) with a CallPilot and T7316 non E phone sets. I was programming the CCR tree to include some Hunt Groups that I created (HG 290, 291, and 292). Everything appeared to work just fine until I found that the X221 DSS button on all of the T7316 phone sets had been replaced by "HG 1". The LCD display shows (HG: HG1) on button inquiry. I am unable to program the X221 back to its rightful position and when I attempted to change it using Feature 2, the LCD shows (Incoming Only). None of the Hunt Groups have X221 programmed in them. Please Help!

RE: HG1 on T7316 button, unable to remove

You have MICS with 4.1 software

-You cannot overwrite intercoms, lines, handsfree or HG keys.
-When you assigned the HG to a set by default it is "Appear & Ring", this will assign it to the button below the last line or above all lines (4th key down in your case))if there was a button that was not a line.
-Make the HG "Ring Only" - edited
or
-Try Feature *81 to move the HG key to somewhere else.

Hi Curlycord, Thanks for getting back to me. I didn't assign the HG to a set. I am using the HG's in the CCR tree only. I've done this many times before without having an HG populate a button on a set and out of the three HG's that I am using only HG:01 took a button.

RE: HG1 on T7316 button, unable to remove

The Tree does not have HG's, only the KSU does.
The tree's path only points to the DN of a HG.

IN KSU SysProg/HG/01 view a member then press Show, then change as stated above from Appear & Ring to "Ring Only"
