hello I have a user that used set relocation on a opt. 11c they used a different m2616 to try and retrieve software and didn't work I show the phone in ld 21 doing a prt srdt
I've tried reusing the originally phone with no luck

does anyone know of a way to retrieve software or out the phone so I can get users ext back

ld 50 did remove tn , any advise on finding ext # that was associated with tn removed
ive tried dnb , trac , ld 21 prt
srdt tried adding it to new phone it is no where to be found thanks in advance
