Hello,

We have been experiencing an issue where by all Avaya IPOCC Applications stop working.

Agents are logged out
Wallboard is off
No Inbound calls

Until the server is restarted before everything goes back to normal.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

RE: Avaya IPOCC just freezes suddenly and all agents are logged out

Usually it's a configuration issue, but someone needs to look at your system to see what is causing this, there is no one thing to solve it.

You should be able to see in the logs what is failing.

I checked the logs, couldn't get a certain reason.

Do you know what particular "log file" would show what is causing the malfunction?

RE: Avaya IPOCC just freezes suddenly and all agents are logged out

Most likely Chap or Taskserver, but could be something else.
