Hi,

IPOCC 10.1 here.

In my case agents are forced to use WebUI in Chrome. This is because their laptops came with Ubuntu instead of Windows so we cannot use UI (or can we? bigsmile - if there is a wizzard here that can emulte UI on Ubuntu. I tried, couldn't do it ).
Anyways, regarding the WebUI. All agents are doing dialer jobs and they need to have a way to leave notes for each call.. thing is notes that they leave must be saved in OD_Pers_note.. and under UI Config I only have the options to add tags but not to make them editable.
I need to replace the Notes field with information from OD_PERS_note instead of CCK_Customer_Info? Couldn't find anywhere in documentation how to do this.

RE: IPOCC 10.1 WebUI

You can't, notes are saved on CCK_Customer_Info for inbound as well.

Oh ok.. :(

CCK_Customer_Info is no use for me in this case.. I wanted for agents to leave notes on OD_PERS_note because when I export I want to filter jobs.
