VM Pro escalation list

VM Pro escalation list

(OP)
Hi All,

Trying to set up an escalation list for an out of hours support number, im using VM pro V11 on a IP500 V2 also running V11 and the VM is in Intuity mode. If i configure 3 landline numbers with a timeout of 15 seconds it works perfectly trying each number in turn after 15 seconds. If i put in a mobile number it refuses to drop the call after 15 seconds and try a second number it just ring and rings until mobile answerphone kicks in after which it will eventually drop the call and try the second number after Vm gets no response etc. Any one know why the system wil not drop call after 15 seconds to mobile but works perfectly with landline numbers.

Thanks

RE: VM Pro escalation list

Check sys monitor if you receive a 'ringing' from the provider.
