How does one turn off pronouceable name

How does one turn off pronouceable name

How does one turn off pronouceable name

When users get VOICEMAIL from a known user on the system its leaves their pronounceable name and not their extension. Can we change that?
Where how??

Ken/Kyle I have searched long and hard on this one.

When I Add under Display name: Extension 1008 it will say Extension 1 thousand & 8. as the persons extension.

We just want this overpriced VM system to say Extension 1008 " One Zero Zero Eight" without having to write the whole number in.
When I add under Display name: Extension 1 0 0 8 it reads it correctly....

Work around's for something which should be standard....CALL PILOT worked like a a Charm jeeze!

RE: How does one turn off pronouceable name

So you don't want them to hear the name of the sender just the Extension number? If that is the case at least there is a work around.colorface
