Automatically connect an agent to a group of others

(OP)
Hello,

I work on IP Office Contact Center an I am stuck on a specific point. I have created several groups of agents and agents.
I assign 2 groups to an agent and I want only one of the 2 groups to be active when the agent connects and can later connect to the second one.

For example, the agent connects to its extension and is directly assigned to the main group.

Can you help me on this point, please?

Thank you

RE: Automatically connect an agent to a group of others

The agent will only automatically login to all groups they belong to.
Otherwise it will have to be done manually.
