Integrating tvs75 with 1232

Integrating tvs75 with 1232

(OP)
Hello All
I’m having problems integrating a Panasonic 1232 easaphone wit a Panasonic tvs75.
History
The 1232 had a power supply failure. I found a replacement system pretty reasonable. Instead of swapping out P/S I swapped out all of the boards. Since then I have been trying to get the voice mail service to work. At first the voicemail would answer after first ring. After trying things through programming, I was able to stop the answering completely. I’m guessing I reset the tvs75 to factory conditions. I found manuals for both on line. I’m having problems integrating the 2 systems as instructed per the manuals. 1. Manuals give 3 digit codes for programming 1232 system only accepts 2 digit codes. Ex. 000 vs 00 for time and date. 2. Cant communicate with tvs75 through hyper terminal (Im guessing that this is because I haven’t set up correct setting for 1232. Any help?

RE: Integrating tvs75 with 1232

You will need to program the vm ports on the 1232.
