Keep an incoming call active after the Caller hangs up

Keep an incoming call active after the Caller hangs up

Keep an incoming call active after the Caller hangs up

(OP)
Hello everyone!
Trying to find a way for operators to keep a call active while still working (even if not on the phone) on a received call.
Wrap up time doesn't work as they never know how long they need.
Billing charges per minute so leaving the call active would be great.
Also.. they are set to Auto Answer.. so if they stay 'connected' they won't be presented with calls..(right now they're using DND).
Any suggestions?

I thank you in advance

Leo

Not possible, you would need a call center software with wrap up time to do this.

thought it was the case :/ just difficult to establish how long is needed after each call ..
I guess DND remains the only option

Thank you Joe

Hey IP500,
Off topic but I cannot PM you....did you ever get to the bottom of https://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=178008... ?
Having the same issue, I think it is a Win10 build 1703 specific problem, wondering if you got to the bottom of it?
