User Sync with Expansion

(OP)
hi all,

I have a deployment with an IPOSE + gateways and a central IPOCC.
For what I understand in docs, there is nothing special to do to make this works. (except this : thread1831-1782116: IPOCC Distributed Agents)
Use sync should works from gateway to IPOCC
The only advise from doc is

Quote (Doc)

All expansion unit passwords must be synchronized with the primary server otherwise
the users from the expansion will not be in sync. This can be automatically achieved
through Synchronize Service User and System password

I have set a user on my expansion to Agent and I do not see it created on IPOCC.
Sync between IPOSE and IPOCC works well.
I'm running IPO 11.0SP1 and IPOCC 10.1.1

Any idea on what is causing this issue ?

RE: User Sync with Expansion

Can't tell, I always turn off the sync since it doesn't give me any value.
I still need to do manual configuration in IPO.
