SSA Grace Period, Entitlement Period Expiration

SSA Grace Period, Entitlement Period Expiration

SSA Grace Period, Entitlement Period Expiration

(OP)
Hello all,

I logged into one of my customers systems to make a few minor changes and noticed the following errors:

The customer has access to the system and who knows what they could of done.

One site was down yesterday (09/10/2018) and is back up as of this morning.

Its two sites on Server Edition R9.0

Thank you.

RE: SSA Grace Period, Entitlement Period Expiration

Black error. no longer valid.Historical alarm only.
Red error. currently valid and concerning.

For fun, watch the count down go down to zero in two weeks' time.
Nothing will happen because it's black and no longer valid.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

A madman with a taste for speed.

Kidding aside, go to licensing in ssa and be sure it's valid. It will tell you there too. You can also view the audit trail to see what they did
