Customer needs to rerecord Auto Attendant on IPedge. I remember that using department groups, the prompt numbers are 3 digits. (101, 111, 121, etc....) This customer is using script prompts for the recordings. Are the scripts prompt numbers supposed to be 2 digits? My test system wouldn't let me enter a single digit for a script prompt. I had to enter 01 or 02 for it to respond. And i don't have trunks coming into my test setup to be able to test inbound calls to see if i recorded the right scripts. I just can't remember.
