Panasonic KX-NS500 Setup and Configuration

thread936-1758472: KX-NS500 Setup.

Hello to All,

I purchased new Panasonic KX-Ns500 pbx. Not too much familiar with it but I am looking for someone to assist me to configure the KX-NS500 Panasonic Pabx (BAsic and Advance)configuration.

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 Setup and Configuration

There are a lot of different ways to setup the system. You would have to ask questions on the part you want

You can do on line training on Panasonic if you sign up

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 Setup and Configuration

How to sign up for Panasonic? Actually, I managed to setup some but I dont know if its correct because of the following:

1. Cant manage setup pin codes for the extension when calling outside.
2. How to customize extensions.
3. Our main line can be dialled it is ringing but on the switchboard it never appear any incoming calls nor ringing.

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 Setup and Configuration

You may want to contact a local Panasonic dealer or pay for online Tech support.

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 Setup and Configuration

Go to wired extension settings, based on the extension you would want to assign a pin code, scroll to the far right
and you would see a tab label PIN.You can click there and assign a new pin code to that extension.
Is the switch board a DSS board?

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 Setup and Configuration

It's not DSS type of switchboard.
