UI Weirdness

UI Weirdness

(OP)
This IPOCC I'm working on R.9.1.11, has a working UI with 3 agent status (AG) elements. The site is adding a new agent group, so I copied the working UI and added the new agent group to it and save and assigned to one agent for testing.

When the agent logs into the UI, she gets a message 'failed to load 9 elements' and then she sees now of the agent group elements. When I open it up with the service account I get messages about 'unexpected error has occured', but I can open it up and see all phone and queue states.

If I deleted the 3 existing agent status (AG) elements from the new UI, I can open it without errors.

I'm not great at traces, but in the TTrace I see the error event -

U8128k 11:25:57.239 UI_ElemError AgentStateGridMonElement::getAgents() encountered an exception: Collection<Users>::getObject: object not available: <key1=64fa1e5942000000>
U8129k 11:25:57.239 UI_CommonError Collection<Users>::getObject: object not available: <key1=64fa1e5942000000>

But this doesn't tell me specifically what the problem is. Should I be looking at a different trace?

I've tried deleting and readding elements. Starting a new IU from scratch.

Any ideas?

Thank you,
