I have gone through the elements, I can get the number, but I would like to display the abandoned call rate as a percentage.
Is this possible using a Tag or Variable?

You can only use the predefined values.

There's no Value variable that holds that information.
You could develop that in a webpage that you show in the realtime view, but there's nothing built in.
