If I had a customer that just wanted some simple report for a few agents as to how many calls they made/received and how long they were on a call, would it work to add a phone and an agent in IPOCC and run reports on them. The site is running Rel. 9.1.8.
Would they need an agent group, topic, etc?
I assume they would need to user interface to login, or no?
