yay!! thanks hm34. Is there a logfile that I could look at to see maybe I can get a hint as to where the corruption is?

RE: One-x portal web login error occured on the server

You can view logs through 1xp Administrator or if you have an application server or server edition you can look under <IP Office IP Address>:7071

RE: One-x portal web login error occured on the server

Looking at my 1xP, I was able to make the same error message occur by attempting to log in with a password with letters in it. It should be the same number you use to log in to the handset.

Logging into the web interface as a user I'm using the full name in IPO manager in my inhouse 1xp. The customer who is having the problem can't login as a user or admin. However peoples outlook plugins are working. Go figure!
