VM Pro Uninstall/Install Issue 9.1.6 (Registry Help needed)

VM Pro Uninstall/Install Issue 9.1.6 (Registry Help needed)

(OP)
I have an issue where I am unable to upgrade VM to 10.1. So I tried to uninstall VM and reinstall new version but, amd getting 1065 error This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
I tried going through registry looked for anything voicemail pro, VMpro of VM pro and ran registry cleaner.

I am missing something.

any help where to look would be appreciated.

I finally got everything uninstalled then was able to reinstalled. Good thing I did backup of everything before I attempted upgrade.
I tried using Microsoft uninstaller and CC cleaner.
Finally I went back through again and searched registry for anything named voicemail, voicemail pro, VMpro or VM pro.
What an messed up day.

Yes Auto correct can do some funny things :)

Thanks for the replies.
