Hi all,
I have remotely upgraded 3x IPO500 V2's tonight
One went fine and as expected and I can see all my phones are up via system status,
Two of them however gave me this error during upgrade "http request failed: 405 method not allowed" and then claimed to be fully upgraded however my digital phones show as unplugged
Has been quite a few hours now and still nothing,
Anyone has similar issues?

Reboot the IP Offices and make sure the SD card is correctly inserted (Take out and put back in).

Monitor on default filters should be flipping out. Please check that too.

Check the SD card light at the back of the system has two green lights.

Have you applied the upgrade license yet? Is th3e license status valid/obsolete/invalid?

Have you tried a reboot?

Did you use monitor > Filters > Services > Filesys enabled and look what it tells you.

I bet the phones need a upgrade but the files are not on the SD card, you must upload them manually using manager.

Thanks for the responses guys,
Turns out after some looking it was missing a 1400 boot file
Once added uploaded and reboot it came up!
Thanks for the help

As usual using the upgrade wizard.
Avaya should do a better job on that.
