Flash doesn't play main greeting

Flash doesn't play main greeting

Flash doesn't play main greeting

When the flash answers it goes to station greeting instead of greeting table one. day- night-after hours-all set for table one.
non business also. The flash is connected to port 108 station 28. when testing dn and port status it shows flash connected there.
When I dial station 28 it answers with login for voicemail. When checking greeting for that station it plays the greeting for that station. that is the greeting that is played when AA answers after 5 rings.

RE: Flash doesn't play main greeting

How about deleting the mailbox for extension 28? why have a mailbox for the flash?

RE: Flash doesn't play main greeting

It will not let me delete it. When I try to delete it it comes up as invalid.

RE: Flash doesn't play main greeting

I changed number of rings from 5 to 4 and it now works.
Thanks for answering

RE: Flash doesn't play main greeting

Phones are set to forward to vmail after 4 rings in Capabilities yet AA was at 5 therefore that conflict.
