Timp Gap in IPOCC

(OP)
I have IPOCC 10.1, the time on the server is corecct, when checked in Agent Status Report, and Contact Detail Reports found that the time is increased 2 hours, if the call is on 3:00 o'clock, on the reports 5:00 o'clock, and similar thing in Agent login,
in the error list each event is in the same server time.
why this case occurs

Thanks

The application has been installed with the wrong timezone settings on the server, cause the database to think it's in the wrong timezone.
Make sure all settings are correct on the server and after that you can run the PostgresTimezoneAdjuster.exe that's provided on the IPOCC iso in the Utilities folder.

Next time make sure you follow all the steps in the correct order stated in the installation documentation =)
