Calls that were to go to General Delivery get : "your session cannot be continued at this time please try again later"

I removed references of GD and replaced with a normal mailbox and works.

Also under CP reports:
-Directory - Does not show all mailboxes when it should
-Mailbox Information - shows nothing at all as if no mailboxes exist
-All Mailbox Activity - Only shows mailbox 1000 and was last used January, the rest of the mailbox show nothing

I am trying to figure out why Bionic Betty gives that greeting...under what circumstances?, she knows GD is FUBAR? lol

I am thinking Hard Drive going, anyone have experience with this?

Hi Curlycord .

I have had this issue on a few occasions .

Lucky for me all I had to do was a reinstall of the call pilot
It resets it all back to a fresh install.
Every thing on the voicemail is wiped out

I re-run the call pilot startup process and assigned the mailboxes again.

I can't quite remember the exact way to do this.
Reinstall was done using the phone feature 982 or Feature 985
Operator password.
And either Press 9 or 7 and type in reinstall.

If it didn't work then it was a hard drive change out.

Hope this sets you on the right track.

Thanks dude

I was thinking of Defaulting via EM - Restore/FactoryDefault/Callpilot then doing a restore from a backup.

This might work unless the backup is corrupt....had you tried that method as well?

have you tried logging into the GDM. Might be a crap load of msgs in it and system is out of memory.
