Setting up a SIP trunk on a client IPO 9.0.5

Provider claims no authentication is required (they just use your static public facing IP). Trunk registered and can make outgoing calls but incoming calls either have a fast busy or you get a verizon error message. Client used a 3rd party vendor to find the SIP provider. I'm not even sure of the name... LSI maybe? http://linesystems.com/services/voice/ip-voice-sip...

To a destination? Just have it going to a user. Did I not screenshot that?

make sure you have the correct incoming id for the sip trunk configured

Got it working, Under SIP URI I had to put the Main phone number in there a couple places. Good to go now. Thanks.
