Hi Im going to upgrade an ip office from 9.1.4.0 bulid 137 to 11.0.0.0.0 build 849 can I or should I apply the new PDLS licences before or after I upgrade the system many Thanks

I am doing that right now.I had the xml file renamed to PLDSkeys.xml and did put it in /system/primary but it did not work.
After the update i uploaded it by manager and that worked fine.

i did one yesterday. license wouldn't install before upgrade, but after no problems.
