RE: Temp Closing
add recording
record your message and save as temp-closed
2. announcements add
description = temp closed
recording = temp-closed
destination after playback = ivr
3. call flow control
add description temp-closed
normal (green) = normal call flow
override (red) = announcement temp closed
4. insert temp-closed call flow control as the first destination on the inbound DID
you can dial the cfc code or program a key to activate the toggle
If you want to play the message then take a message change the announcement destination to voice mail
RE: Temp Closing
Is there a way to toggle call flow and/or change/record the temp closed recording by calling in from outside.
RE: Temp Closing
Applications -> Disa
add disa
give a disa name
give a real strong pin
submit
next
limit access only through a known called id
Connectivity -> Inbound Route
add incoming route
description = my-access
callerid = your callerid
cid priority route checked
set destination to disa my-access
submit
apply
to use
call from a phone with the programed caller id
the system will answer prompting for the pin
the correct pin will give dial tone then you can dial the toggle code or any valid destination
RE: Temp Closing
Thank you
RE: Temp Closing
PBX Tab
Misc. Destination
Description = Temp Close
Dial = *280 (Assuming the Call Flow Control you built above is your first one)
Then in you IVR add a Option that is not in your IVR recording like 9*0 or anything that is not common.
In your IVR add the following
Ext Destinaiton
9*0 Misc. Destination Temp Close
Call any number that hits the IVR and dial 9*0 to activate or de-active the Temp Close Call flow Control.
